Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by ar80 through the website https://ar80.net, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ar80 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ar80 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. ar80 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact ar80 customer support immediately.
Registration information provided must match valid identification documents. ar80 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing fund withdrawals.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
Ar80 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or interfere with the platform's operations.
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate game outcomes, or cheat in any way.
- Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Using the platform for any money laundering activities or unlawful financial transactions.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the ar80 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, online banking via FPX, and direct bank transfers to major Malaysian banks. ar80 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Successfully processed deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe stated at the time of the transaction. If a deposit is not credited within the expected period, users should contact customer support with proof of the transaction.
Fund withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification and the fulfilment of any wagering requirements associated with bonuses received. ar80 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to several business days.
Ar80 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected to be linked to fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use.

The ar80 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. ar80 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Closure, Term Amendments & Governing Law
Ar80 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons: breach of terms of use, confirmed fraud, suspicious activity, requests from law enforcement agencies, or at ar80's absolute discretion without the need to provide a reason. In cases of closure due to proven fraud, funds held in the account may be withheld.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be returned upon completion of the verification process, provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements.
Ar80 reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
